Exam stress nerves and worry effects many thousands of people often long before they have to take the test. Your own mind and lack of emotional and mental control begins to mess you up. It doesn’t have to be this way.

It does not seam to matter what your age is or if you are at school, collage or university or just doing some other kind of test like you driving test or attempting to get your private pilots license, or get a martial arts grade, many people just fall to bits.

Way before the exam they may well begin to feel nervous and as the time gets closer for them to be assessed they get stronger feelings  as they think about it the stress grows they begin to feel sick and sometimes begin the process of self sabotage.

Autopilot Responses and Being on Autopilot.

Theses are the things, behaviours and often the emotions that we do and feel on a regular basis. They are habits. If you always get angry when a red light stops you or someone cuts in front of you while driving. You always eat the same food on Sunday that is what they are.

They do not just cover behaviours, they are also pre-programmed emotional responses that you may have. When something happens, do you always respond and feel the same way. When you get angry do you always shout or lash out? When sad do you just cry?

Often when an emotion hits or more correctly we create it, if the same thing always happens, then you have no choice, if you can only respond in one way you have no freedom, if you can not do something different you have no power.

Being on autopilot is staying in the same old comfort zone of habitual conditioned stagnation. Not a good place to be. One of the beauties of EFT is that it gives you the ability to regain your choices, the techniques to take back your freedom and the way to break out of your comfort zones.

Along the way you get to keep all the good programmed emotional responses, it's just that now you have away to change the self limiting negative ones. Autopilot Response and Responses.

Habits and Autopilot Responses are very important for your survival, thousands of every day tasks you do without even thinking about them and this allows you to go through your everyday life attending to all the things you have to do on a daily basic.

It frees up your conscious mind to do other stuff so you just do, sometimes very complex things without even being aware of what you are doing. You drive your car without usually thinking and it is a very complex task, yet most of the time you are unaware consciously of what you are doing. Very cool stuff.

Being on autopilot and allowing somethings to become a good habit, so that you do them without thinking is a very good thing to do.

Being able to eliminate negative habitual thinking and developing a positive and realistic  auto pilot response has many benefits to your everyday living reality.  Not having to work at exercise or training, or developing a habit of always being in a good state when you are with the love of your life.

Why you need personal training in eft.

Many people will download the eft manual and begin to read it, and then start to use eft to remove some emotional problem they have in their life. Often they are very successful and are amazed that it was that easy. However just as often it will not work as well as they desired.So what went wrong.?

Introduction to Pauls Pods

Introduction to Paul's pods, a chance to meet me and find out what these pods will be about.

These podcasts are something I have been thinking about for a long time. To long, last week I was wondering how I could help more people. It was sparked off one evening when I was walking round the garden where I live.

It has been snowing for a few hours and I thought it might be fun to go and play in it for a while, catching snow flakes as they fall with my tongue and look around and see what animal tracks I could find.

After a time I was cold so decided to walk round the building on my way back to the apartment. I found a neighbour of mine attempting to find the correct key for her apartment and as I carry a torch I went over to help her as she is about seventy years old and I had not seen her for a while.

I helped her in and noticed that see seamed upset about something and was crying. We sat down and after she had calmed down she explained that she had been upset due to a beggar she had seen outside the local Tescos who was begging for money, sitting in the snow, freezing cold.

She had bought him some soup and a sausage roll and given him some money, but on her way home it really started to upset her. She talked for sometime about how unfair life was to him and how he could have got into that position and where he was going to sleep that night. It got me thinking.

Although I do help with many projects, I may have been lacking in not helping in a bigger way. Much of our pain and suffering and discomfort comes from what we do to our selves, our own minds tend to mess us up more than any one else can.

Most people have no idea how to programme, direct and use their own minds to allow them to have a happier, healthier lifestyle. Well, I have the tools and products and ways to assist people in doing this.

So on these podcasts I will be offering advice and techniques that will help and in my own way improve the quality of life for many people and through that future generations. Just imagine if your mum and dad had known how to turn off worry and anxiety and had used it.

How much happier would your life have been around them. If they had taught you how to do it, how your life would have been different, knowing how to use or turn off worry, anxiety and stress, how much better your relationships would have been in the past, how much better your current relationships would be.

If you have kids, just imagine the benefits of teaching them how to do the same, how will that change their lives. So these podcasts are here to allow me to do my bit to help the planet and people on her. It is also a way for me to rant and rave about things.
